StanylÒ (4.6 polyamide, 4.6 Nylon)
This highly crystalline polyamide offers attractive mechanical properties with a useful temperature capability of up to 280° F. The high crystallinity of the resin contributes to the wear characteristics of the polymer but also the rate that this crystallization occurs in the mold leads to some very attractive process cycle times.
