On many of the components we work with it is not practical or feasible to hold the tolerances demanded by the application "as molded." In these instances, we can use our fully equipped CNC machining resources to provide the secondary operations required. Tolerances of less than 0.0005" are achievable and features that are difficult to mold or are not financially viable to form in the mold can be provided using this technique. All of these services are available and controlled in house and do not have to be contracted to outside vendors.
