Processes
We develop the manufacturing processes to supply the customer with the component(s) required to satisfy the specifications of the application. This may involve one or more of the various processes available on site including injection molding, insert injection molding, post curing/annealing operations, CNC lathe and milling centers, ultrasonic and thermal welding, adhesive bonding, grinding, tumbling, hand finishing, packaging, bar coding etc. The manufacturing processes are conceptualized at the Advanced Quality Planning stage of the projects and are then finalized as the development engineering phase concludes and the project moves to the production phase.
