Data on IBM formatted disk is preferred, (3.5 floppy, ZIP disk, & CD-ROM)

   Disk must be labeled with filename(s), job name, and card description and/or denomination.
   Please limit the number of disks to avoid confusion.
   Please limit the number of files. A few large files are preferred to many small files.
   ASCII text format required.
   Carriage Return delimited.

 A complete file description is essential to ensure unnecessary delays in processing. The file description should include:

   Filename.
   Associated card and/or denomination.
   Complete and accurate description of all data fields.
   Number of records in the file.

 Electronic data transfer is accepted but not recommended. All electronic data transfers must have a hard copy data description included. Electronic transfers can be via:

   Allegheny’s Electronic BBS
   Direct modem transfer
   E-mail

 Processing templates are necessary to ensure proper placement of all processing information.
They can be in one of several forms:

   Photocopy of completed card showing data field positioning
   Data fields shown during artwork proofing process
   Template of packaging requirements with windows, etc.
