Allegheny Process Equipment serves the surface finishing industries in two ways. Our original business has been the design and fabrication of plastic equipment to replace tanks, covers, exhaust systems, etc. made from traditional materials. We call this our TRADITIONAL business. We fabricate using polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, CPVC, and PVDF. We have developed construction and reinforcement methods that permit us to design and fabricate equipment beyond the scope normally considered practical for the materials used. We provide predictable, reliable, and durable chemical containment products for the pickling, galvanizing, cleaning, coating, plating, chemical, and other industries using corrosive materials.

Allegheny also provides full service turnkey cleaning, coating, and plating process systems for the wire, rod, bar, and tube industries as well as parts washers and similar equipment for other industries. We call this our SYSTEMS business. We provide solutions to increase your plant’s efficiency and minimize your plant’s waste products.
