Fumeless Acid Cleaning And Pickling Systems
Our custom designed polypropylene fumeless acid cleaning and pickling systems can eliminate your company's need for fume extraction systems and fume scrubbers. This technology can be utilized in any operation that continually acid cleans or pickles wire, rod, bar, strip, pipe, or tube.
The systems typically consist of an entry and exit WaterwallTM and an acid cleaning/pickling section. The exit and entry WaterwallsTM permit the wire, rod, bar, strip, pipe, or tube to enter or exit the acid section while preventing the acid fumes from escaping.
These systems are equipped with double, triple, or quadruple cascading counterflow rinses, proprietary air or mechanical wipes to reduce dragout, and cover to tank body water seals to eliminate mechanical seals.
